iOS 13.4 For iPhone and iPadOS 13.4 For iPad Released: Here's Everything That's New
Apple's latest iOS 13 update has just dropped and it’s one that not only squishes bugs, it adds significant new features and modifications. to know more visite this platform
Here's a lowdown of everything that's new with iOS 13.4 and iPadOS 13.4:
  • Trackpad support in iPadOS 13.4
The sister to iOS 13.4, iPadOS 13.4, has also just been released and includes trackpad support so that the latest iPad Pro can be used in a more laptop-like way than ever. It means that selected mice and trackpads will work with the iPad in a persuasive way. You can read my review of the latest iPad Pro here. Along with the latest iPad Pro, any other iPad upgraded to this software will have trackpad support.
  • No mention of CarPlay, yet
There’s no mention of CarKey, the super-cool element predicted previously which suggested you could unlock and drive your compatible car just by using your iPhone. That’s probably coming later, we hope.
  • Mail toolbar complaints have been addressed
If it’s been bugging you that the toolbar in Mail was updated in iOS 13, you weren’t alone. Instead of four buttons at the bottom of a message, there were just two: Delete and Reply. The Reply button hid more options including Reply All, Forward and Move Message and it was easy to muddle things up and delete all too easily. This has now been fixed with always-visible controls so you can move, reply to or compose messages, as well as a separate trashcan.
Alongside this, when you have the right configurations in place and you’re replying to an encrypted email, your reply will automatically be encrypted, too.
  • Apple Service Receipts for Apple Card
Apple Card customers will now be able to view the receipt details of their Apple Services purchases right inside Wallet, including App purchases, in-app purchases, subscriptions, movie rentals and more.
  • iCloud Folder Sharing is back
This is a feature that was around before, then went away. Now, it’s back. The Files app now allows you to click on the Share icon and add people with whom you want to share the document. Controls mean you can limit access just to the people you explicitly invite, for example.

  • Nine new Memojis
Today’s update includes nine new choices including Hands pressed together, Smiling Face with Hearts and the one pretty much everyone has been waiting for, surely, Party Face or as the official list calls it, Party horn.
  • Universal Purchase support on the App Store
Universal Purchase support has finally arrived, meaning you can buy an app so it works on iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac and Apple TV all together, assuming the app supports this. As for Arcade games, recently played ones will appear in the Arcade tab so you can keep playing on each platform.
  • Bug fixes and Predictive Typing Support for Arabic
There are a lot of bugs squished here, including one where Mail messages appeared in the wrong order or a conversation list showed empty rows, for example. And fixes for Reminders, the Home app and more. Here's the detailed changelog shared by Apple in case you want to have a more elaborate breakdown of everything that's changed with iOS 13.4 and iPadOS 13.4.
